Description : Semi-circles are cut from multicolor paper (red, orange, pink, green, yellow, blue), folded in half, and glued upright in alternating colors onto a royal-blue base strip marked with 1cm gaps. The strip is rolled into a pumpkin / hot-air-balloon sphere so the folded petals puff out vertically. It is optionally trimmed top and bottom with gold gota lace with hanging crystals, and long wavy crepe paper streamers in purple, green and pink are stapled at the bottom, then hung with golden ribbons.
