Description : Classic tall festive look. He makes a white paper cylinder from two cardboard rings wrapped in chart paper. Then folds small 11×11 cm red and 6×6 cm blue squares into curved leaf petals – pinch one end into a point, add a small glitter diamond sticker in center (gold + purple glitter). These petals are glued in 3 horizontal bands – blue rows on top and bottom, red row in middle around the cylinder. Bottom has extremely long straight streamer fringe of red, blue and sky-blue ribbons hanging almost as long as the lantern body, with golden gota trim between rows.
